Mystelic Beauty – Nature’s Best Vitamin C Serum: Review

I was lucky enough to receive Mystelic Beauty’s Nature’s Best Vitamin C Serum for the purpose of conducting this review. I was eager to try this serum because I know that Vitamin C is a great product for a variety of different skin conditions. I don’t suffer from terrible acne, but I occasionally get tiny patches on my cheeks and chin. I had really great skin was I was a teenager (oddly enough), but now that I am in my twenties, my skin seems to be easily irritated and prone to break outs, no matter what time of year it is. I have what I consider to be combination skin — dry at times (in the winter, especially), even to the point of becoming cracked or flaky, and oily at other times (not to as great of an extent, but moreso during the summer when it gets really hot out). I don’t know if my diet has anything to do with it, but I have a feeling that stress does, and also moving to a new state with a different climate. That being said, I am always willing to try new products that can improve the condition of my skin and boost my confidence. I can hide most of the imperfections with makeup, but I prefer that they weren’t there to begin with!

Mystelic Beauty: Nature’s Best Vitamin C Serum has implications in treating or diminishing sun damaged skin, fine lines, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, signs of aging, or other blemishes. It is formulated to be used by any skin type, whether you have dry, oily, or combination skin. Mystelic Beauty claims that it can “make you look and feel 20, 25, even 27 years younger”. While I don’t necessarily agree with this claim, I do believe that this Vitamin C serum can aid in reducing imperfections, to a certain degree.
This serum is made from all-natural ingredients that are gentle on sensitive skin. It contains a combination of Vitamin C, E, and Vegan Hyaluronic Acid, all of which are supposed to help rejuvenate skin cells, remove toxins, and rebuild collagen to help firm and smooth your skin. This serum is concentrated and has a high level of bio-availability. It also contains potent antioxidants, which are great for providing protection against harmful UV rays and pollution, both of which can have detrimental effects on the quality of your skin. Mystelic Beauty: Nature’s Best Vitamin C Serum may be able to help lighten the pigment of acne and acne scars alike, so that you can feel more comfortable without coverage.
Nature’s Best Vitamin C Serum is extremely easy to use! All you have to do is follow these directions:
  • After you have washed and cleansed your face, apply a small amount of serum (using your finger-tips) to your face, neck, and just above your breasts (if you are female). Be careful to avoid contact with your eyes.
  • Give the serum time to dry before applying moisturizer.
  • Apply the serum one or two times daily, depending on how your skin reacts to the serum.
Right now, you can purchase Mystelic Beauty: Nature’s Best Vitamin C Serum for just $17.95, here, on Amazon; shipping will be free if you are an Amazon Prime member. If you are not completely happy with your results, Mystelic Beauty offers a 45-day money-back guarantee! I love when companies stand behind their products.

I found Mystelic Beauty: Nature’s Best Vitamin C Serum to have a great texture, which is not too thick (clogging pores) or too thin (so it is not spreadable). A little goes a long way when applied with your finger-tips; make sure to spread the serum out quickly, because it gets absorbed into your skin right away. I like that this serum is not oily, which is a major downfall that I have found in other beauty products. It leaves your skin feeling smooth, but not overly dry…a nice in between state. The scent is very subtle, so it does not really bother me, even though it isn’t my favorite fragrance. I have such sensitive skin that I sometimes worry about facial serums CAUSING breakouts and irritation, but I had no negative side-effects from this serum. My eyes did not even get red as I approached my cheeks and forehead, which is a plus. I have been using the Mystelic Beauty: Nature’s Best Vitamin C Serum for awhile now, and I noticed that it has helped with the way my skin feels, for the most part. My skin doesn’t feel too oily or too dried out, even when it is super hot outside. I have noticed a small decline in the amount of acne that is popping up, or at least how noticeable it is. I can’t comment on this serum’s ability to diminish fine lines and wrinkles, because I do not really have that concern, but my skin feels great and my blemishes look better, so I am happy! Everyone’s skin is different, and remember that these serums take time to kick in, so don’t expect results the very first day that you try this. I had been using it at LEAST a week before noting changes.
